Turn your house or a section of your house into a little Mexican village. Maybe you could even have your guest dress in Mexican outfits too. That may seem a little silly but it could be really fun too I hope your husband has a very blessed birthday. Good luck!

Well, no mexican themed party is complete without a pinata! They are not very expensive at party supply places, or make your own paper mache one.Make a big pitcher of Sangria. Go with Red, White and Green decorations to go with the Mexican flag colors. If you want mexican food, you might find it better to either assign dishes, or just ask your guests to bring "fixings", like bowls of chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, jars of salsa, chopped onion, guacamole, taco shells or tortillas, etc. Not everyone cooks mexican, unless you have a crowd of mexican friends.Everyone loves fajitas, and you can grill steaks and chicken breasts, along with peppers and onions, slice them after cooking and let everyone assemble their own. Tacos are another good choice, just make the ground beef filling yourself, and either uses shells or soft flour or corn tortillas.Buy yourself a cute white embroidered blouse and a big skirt. Dollar store fans and sombreos will add to the fun.Mexicans love their soccer...if your hubby is a sports fan, this could be a fun theme.
