|  New hearing when already plead 'no contest'?
brother beaten by 4 officers after they visited his home. neighbors said brother beaten for no reason and they had video of (never materialized). mother went to police station and told them there was video. brother charged with many felonies which we believe were trumped up due mom saying video. no money so public defender in pa - pictures of brother's face and neck were lost; 4 pd's on case, took 7 months before pd sat with brother and only after mom sent letter to pd director, pd got brother to plead 'no contest' to 4 misdemeanors which he got 4 yrs. probation saying he was going up against officers and it has been 10 months with no witness;. pd told us the judge know of the police officers and their 'bad behavior', can we get new lawyer and new hearing after brother already plead 'no contest'?

Nope. The case is over. If he pled, then it sticks.Amazing how all the witnesses and evidence disappeared. Maybe it never existed?
