|  can she really do this and get away with it?
My friend has 2 kids with his ex and she will not let him she the boys at all. She is trying to turn the whole town against him so he looks bad in court. He does have a bit of a history with the law but he did his time and paid his restitution. He has kept him nose clean and has tried fighting for his kids but she still won't let him are them. She has been having her new bfs come in and out of her house and she has left the boys home alone for hours (they are only 3 years old) she will drop them off at her moms and take off for days she has parties at her house with the boys there. What do you think he should do? He said she has a lawyer already. I think he deserves the kids but who knows what will happen. What do you think he should do?

he needs to fight for visitation. he atleast deserves that. but he also better be ready to pay child support. acknowleging the children equals sending her a monthly check!
