Hi there, im a real foodie that wants to try the best original authentic recipes that each country has to offer , not your usual buy it everywhere sort of food , but the hard to come by recipes . the ones that only Persians eat , the specialties , so if you are Persian and ONLY! please give me just the names of the recipes and i will look them up, im specially interested for the food recipes that you serve during feasts , weddings and celebrations thank you for your help

First of all KABAB,SHISHLIK and JOOJE KABAB (the most delicious ones  )then ZERESHK POLO BA MORGHafter that MIRZA GHASSEMI (this food is really famous in the north of Iran)and,SHIRIN POLO,KASHKE BADEMJAN,BAGHALI POLO,KHORESHTE KARAFS,KHORESHTE BEH ALOO,and so on...!I wrote the most delicious ones for you and as Shervin said GHORME SABZI,GHEIME,FESENJUN are the ones that all Persians desire!U made me hungry,man G00d Luck...
